A workout collection is a set of workouts grouped by a specific goal or training style. Each collection has its own author and difficulty level. Some collections are structured as fixed programs with a list of workouts, while others are continuously updated with new workouts over time.
To receive notifications, first make sure notifications are enabled for the app on your device settings and app settings. Then simply tap the "Follow" button on any collection you like. You'll get notified whenever new workouts are added to that collection.
Yes, workouts are designed for five difficulty levels: the lowest, low, medium, high, and the highest. Collections also have their own difficulty (low, medium, or high). Keep in mind that workouts inside a high-difficulty collection will generally be more challenging than those in a low-difficulty collection.
The percentage shows how much of the workout you've completed. A workout is considered completed once you finish at least 60% of the exercises.
Yes, the app includes an activity tracker that shows the number of completed workouts and the total time you've spent training. You can also view your weekly activity in minutes and access your full workout history.
Many workouts can be done with no equipment at all. Some collections may include workouts with basic equipment, but you can always check the workout details before starting.
